Summary
With the increasing diversity of consumer dietary needs and preferences, Group Bel saw the opportunity to launch their first plant based cheese brand. And whilst almost all the players in this burgeoning category were taking a plain and minimal approach, we chose to bring some joy and colour and celebrate the variety offered by Nurishh – from spreadable and grated Emmental flavour, to Greek feta-esque cubes and even Gran Vegiano, the crowning glory on a plate of vegan spaghetti.
