Aspall is a 300 year old brand synonymous with the ancient Suffolk tradition of cyder and cyder vinegar making. Now was the perfect time to not only highlight that history, but tap into the renewed enthusiasm for cyder vinegar as a versatile cooking ingredient and health-enhancing food in its own right.
